Marti Mamrak is an experienced educator and marketing and communications specialist. She incorporates proven models of professional development and marketing strategies in her work with organizations seeking to optimize employee performance and employee job fulfillment and satisfaction. With over twenty years of combined education and communications leadership experience, Marti knows how to help organizations deliver results with a soft approach that brings out the best in and for each employee. Marti understands that there is no "one size fits all" formula for helping organizations succeed. She customizes her coaching and training in creative ways that enable her clients to strengthen employee effectiveness, build a culture of excellence, and develop high functioning teams. As someone who has led leadership programs, employee development and communications strategies for both small and global businesses, Marti knows how to deliver services that advance the strategic goals of organizations. A certified Instructional Technology Specialist, Marti has a Bachelors of English and Communication from Moravian College and a Masters of Education degree from DeSales University.
